A Quiet Place: Quick Review

This is probably one of the better scary movies I have watched in a long time and it wasn't really scary. There were a few tense moments throughout the film but it was more unsettling than anything. John Krasinski did a decent job at directing but I feel like he could've done a little more with the screenplay. I think one of the reasons I don't like the film as much as other people is because Michael Bay was involved in production. I know John and Michael have been working together for awhile but I just don't think it's a good match. For being only an hour and some odd minutes the movie definitely didn't offer a story to keep me intrigued. I give this movie a 7/10. I
